SessionsBox
Find the session. Pick up where you left off. A searchable desktop home for your coding-agent history — transcripts, tool activity, token costs — all on your machine.
- Availability
- Free and open-source
- Source code
- View on GitHub
- Platforms
- macOS, Windows, Linux
- Agents
- Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Pi, Command Code, Muse, Hermes Agent, Antigravity, Cline.
What it does
- Find — search across saved sessions by agent, workspace, date, model, branch, or tool. No more digging through JSONL files.
- Continue — resume a session in its native agent CLI in your terminal. The app shows the exact command first.
- Keep — star useful sessions, add tags, export transcripts as Markdown or JSON.
- Understand — token usage, cache efficiency, estimated cost, tool latency, and repeated failures, filterable by date, agent, workspace, and model.
External requests
- App-specific activity: SessionsBox itself sends no session data; resuming a session launches the agent CLI you select, whose own network activity follows its settings.

FAQ
Does "sync" upload my conversations?
No. Sync reads your existing local agent history into a local database. It does not upload transcripts or modify the original files.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export sessions as Markdown or JSON, or take a SQLite backup from the database manager.
